What you need
- free range eggs
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- mustard
- anchovy
- organic cos salad
- parmigiano-reggiano
- lemon juice or vinegar
- black pepper
- a bowl and a whisk
How to do
1.Crush or grate 2 cloves of garlic
2.Separate egg yolk and add in the bowl
3.Add anchovy
4.Add extra virgin olive oil bit by bit and whisk
5.Add mustard
6.Add more olive oil and whisk.Always add little by little then whisk and add a bit more and whisk.
7.Add cos salad in a bowl and mix
8.Add grated parmigiano-reggiano and pepper
9.Actually I have to add lemon juice while making the sauce but I forgot and I don’t have lemon.So I use balsamic vinegar instead
Now it’s done 🙂
