Cassis kefir ice cream ( no sugar) with antioxidants+probiotics

Actually I wanted to make yogurt-like texture but I spilled way too much frozen blackcurrant in the kefir bowl.So I couldn’t take them off.Then I decided to add leftover ripe banana and mash them into ice-cream.

What you need 

  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup kefir or yogurt preferably homemade
  • 1/2 cup frozen cassis or blackcurrant ( you can use other berries too)
  • small piece of banana

How to make it

Just put everything in a bowl and mash everything together with a fork or spoon.Work fast before it melt.

Or if you want to make bigger portion you can put them in a blender or mixer.

That’s all.Easy but super yummy without sugar.And anti-aging!
